Amway Arbitration Clause Doesn't Hold Any Weight

Hey all!

Great news on the IBO Rebellion Blog today! United States Circuit Court of Appeals rules the Amway Arbitration Clause to be "ILLUSORY" AND "UNENFORCEABLE"

Court Documents:
Court Decision
Plaintiff's argument
Amway's Arguments

Now this would be really nice if it means that anyone who was ever forced to take their case against Amway/Quixtar to arbitration since the beginning would have a chance at appeal. Can you imagine how fast Devoss' and VanAndel's pockets would dry up with thousands of old lawsuits being brought back up and possibly won?

Opens up a big can of stinky worms for AmQuix doesn't it? Bad news from Quix-czar who wants to keep all the corruption allegations out of US courts. The pyramid is loosing its edge. Starting to look more like a pile of rubble rather than the Pharoahs tomb! LMAO
